A surreal twist on classic playing cards—Pawn of Hearts blends symbolism and strategy. The humble chess pawn stands at the center, flanked by anatomical hearts in place of traditional suits, suggesting that even the smallest piece holds the weight of sacrifice, emotion, and potential transformation. Designed as part of a conceptual card game exploring power, vulnerability, and human choice.
Creating the album cover for “Nothing” was an intriguing journey. I envisioned a statue of an angel playing football, blending the ethereal with the earthly in a minimalistic style. The artwork appears simple at first glance, but the realistic quality of the angel’s details and the subtle atmosphere in the flat background create a compelling contrast. This juxtaposition draws viewers into a world where the divine and the mundane coexist, symbolizing the unexpected beauty in everyday moments. The title “Nothing” reflects the paradox of finding meaning in simplicity, inviting listeners to explore the depths of the music and discover the extraordinary within the ordinary.
